  • Upgrade Your Shipping

    We now offer thermal shipping to prevent melting of our more temperature sensitive products.

    Your package will be lined with thermal insulation & have multiple ice packs included to keep it nice and cool during shipping. Because of the extra expenses of this premium packaging, there is an additional cost.

  • Track Your Order

    Every order comes with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your package as it makes its way to your door.

    Keep an eye out for updates so you know exactly when the goods get delivered.

  • Bring It In Quick!

    Make sure your package is brought in quickly to keep it safe on those hot summer days.

    If you won't be home upon delivery, see if a neighbor or friend can grab your package and keep it safe!

Shipping FAQ

What can I do if my body butter arrives melted?

If your product melts, don't fret! Stick that bad boy in the fridge for 20-45 minutes and it'll solidify.

Unfortunately it won't be as fluffy, but it will still have all of the same moisturizing properties!

How does shipping work?

Products that are in stock will be shipped within 1-3 business days of your order. At checkout, you can choose your preferred shipping method and upgrade to thermal insulated shipping if desired.

We are currently only able to ship within the United states. We use USPS priority mail shipping, which generally takes 1-3 business days to arrive, but in some cases, first class shipping is used, which can take up to 5-10 business days.

Do you provide refunds?

If a problem occurs during shipping , please leave me a message and I will do what I can to help. I cannot refund due to melting of products, or stolen or lost packages. I do my best to avoid shipping on hot days, and take all the precautions necessary so that damage doesn't occur. Refunds can be issued only if the order has not been shipped yet. Why does the texture of body butter change with the seasons?

I adjust my body butter base twice a year to account for changes in climate. In order to minimize the risk of melting during shipping, I create body butters that have a higher melting temperature for the summers. For the winter, I make butters that melt more easily.

Why are your body butters temperature sensitive?

We like to keep it simple. Our body butters are made from, organic, plant-powered ingredients, and don't contain artificial stabilizers. This makes them more susceptible to weather changes, but the trade off is worth it.
